For high-throughput clearance operations, the Smartclear platform is engineered to integrate with the MIB 5+ or a MIB-11 two‑pocket machine, delivering a fast, controlled, and efficient note-processing workflow—with the added capability to off-sort TITO tickets as part of the clearance process.   The MIB-11 is used if scanning TITO is required,  The SB-3000 three pocket note counter can also be mounted on a Smartclear trolley for fast clearances.

This configuration is purpose-built for environments handling large volumes of banknotes, where speed alone isn’t enough—accurate counting, structured sorting, and repeatable handling are critical to operational performance and reconciliation integrity. The two-pocket architecture supports continuous processing with defined separation for accepted and rejected items, reducing manual intervention during peak clearance periods while maintaining strong process discipline.

Our SmartClear systems is an ergonomic push-around trolley that allows you to export expected totals directly from your floor management system.  Reconciliation and audit trails are all handled on the floor, swiftly addressing any discrepancies and saving your team valuable time that would otherwise be spent searching through pencil cases or gaming machines for missing funds.

The system automatically moves to the next machine once money is removed from the stacker, requiring no manual intervention.  After clearance is completed, the data is imported back into your floor management system via USB, eliminating data entry and human errors.  The system is battery-operated, lightweight, and ergonomically designed for ease of use, with all cabling integrated for a tidy, hassle-free experience, reducing maintenance costs and potential damage.

The Smartclear + MIB 5+ solution is ideally suited to:
  • ATM cash processing and float preparation, where consistent throughput and controlled handling are essential
  • Redemption terminal cash loading, supporting rapid preparation and verification of notes prior to deployment
  • Cash-in-Transit (CIT) operations, where high-volume processing, reliable performance, and reconciliation integrity are required for daily workflows
  • Gaming and venue cash rooms, where the ability to off-sort TITO tickets supports cleaner downstream processing and faster reconciliation
